Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in Roanoke seeks a Respiratory Sales Representative to drive hospital account sales within the Respiratory and Acute Care portfolio, engaging physicians, respiratory therapists, and nurses to influence clinical practice.

You will manage a regional territory, build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure post-sale support while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in a B2B selling model or 3+ years of clinical hospital experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and territory plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territory.
• Conduct customer visits to introduce Fisher & Paykel hospital products, therapy approaches, and their benefits.
• Install equipment for evaluations of hospital products, educate hospital employees, and provide post-sales education and support.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.
• Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce.
• Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on hospital products.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints.
