Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Sales Representative for the Roanoke area to drive hospital account sales within the respiratory and acute care portfolio. You will visit EDs, ICUs, and General Floors, partnering with physicians, respiratory therapists, and nurses to influence practice changes and expand the product footprint.

Candidates should live in the territory and bring 3+ years of sales or clinical hospital experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a B2B model or 3+ years of clinical hospital experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve sales targets.
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territory.
• Conduct customer visits to introduce hospital products and their benefits.
• Install equipment for evaluations, educate hospital staff, and provide post-sales education and support.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.
• Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with CRM/Salesforce usage.
• Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on hospital products.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds.
