Job summary

A regional HVAC company in Roanoke, VA is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman / Lead Mechanic to lead commercial projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in the sheet metal trade, with responsibilities including installation, crew supervision, and ensuring project quality. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the sheet metal trade.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and P&ID schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and repair work on HVAC systems.
• Lead field crews and ensure high‑quality results.
• Supervise Lead Mechanics, Mechanics, and Apprentices.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal components.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate on‑site scheduling.
