Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic to install sheet metal HVAC components on commercial projects across Roanoke and surrounding areas, including K-12, university, and healthcare facilities. You will read construction drawings, set and hook up equipment, and mentor helpers and apprentices while maintaining safety and quality on site.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training is preferred, and a valid driver's license is essential to travel

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation of HVAC components in commercial construction environments
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Ability to train and mentor helpers and apprentices
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols
