Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking an In-Person BCBA to join our Roanoke team. You will design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism, delivering in-home services and collaborating with families and our interdisciplinary staff.

VA LBA certification is required. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, data collection, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Virginia LBA certification is required.
• ABA experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse populations and disciplines.
• Familiarity with EHRs and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations for children with autism.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
• Design and implement behavioral interventions to address challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
