Qualifications

• 2–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, hire, and discipline maintenance staff.
• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing and carpentry.
