Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Roam Response Officer to be part of its Event Services team in New Orleans. The role focuses on checking bags, enforcing access control, and upholding safety while delivering excellent guest service at venues.

The position offers part-time hours with a starting pay of $15.50 per hour, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling to fit your life. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Check bags, verify tickets, wristbands and badges as guests enter.
• Screen guests with hand wand or metal detector and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and venue assets from security breaches.
• Provide escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted.
• Understand policies for various venues and events.
• Provide directions and suggestions to enhance guests' experience.
