Job summary

Inner Parish Security Corporation in the Richmond area is seeking a Branch Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for security officers across the region. The role includes hiring support, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.

You will supervise officers, visit client sites, coordinate shifts, and respond to staffing emergencies while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Virginia DCJS Security Officer License required.
• Previos security supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Security Officers throughout the assigned region.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure Officers receive required training and licensing.
• Create and maintain employee schedules.
• Respond to staffing emergencies and call-offs.
• Conduct post inspections and employee evaluations.
• Complete incident reports and required documentation.
• Maintain positive client relationships through site visits.
• Support fleet management including vehicle inspections and fuel card compliance.
• Perform administrative duties and reports as needed.
