Job summary

Headhunter Insider is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to support project teams and ensure work stays on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience, and be proficient in Excel, Word, and Primavera.

In this role, you will maintain project schedules, track costs, and conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld. Candidates with roadway and underground wet utilities experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years’ related experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules with input from PM and Superintendent.
• Track job costs and prepare progress estimates.
• Conduct regular site visits and support quality/safety standards.
