Sunrock seeks a Construction Roadway Flagger to support safe traffic flow at active work sites. You will direct vehicles, set up traffic control devices, and ensure crew and motorist safety in outdoor conditions. The role may require extended hours, nights, or weekends based on project needs.

Applicants should have 1+ year in construction or traffic control; ATSSA or NCDOT certification is preferred or obtainable. Valid NC driver's license is a plus.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in construction, traffic control, laborer, or related field.
• Traffic Control/Flagger Certification (ATSSA or NCDOT) preferred or willing to obtain.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work near moving traffic and heavy equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety
• Valid NC Driver’s License preferred

Mansioni

• Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles and hand signals
• Follow NCDOT traffic control plans and safety guidelines
• Set up and remove cones, signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices
• Monitor work zone safety and report hazards immediately
• Assist crew with basic labor tasks when needed
