Sunrock is seeking a Construction Roadway Flagger to manage safe traffic flow in active work zones. This outdoor role involves directing vehicles, setting up and removing traffic control devices, and supporting crew safety. Work may include extended hours in various weather conditions.

Requirements include 1+ year in construction or traffic control, certification preferred or willingness to obtain, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. NC driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction or traffic control

Responsabilités

• Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles and hand signals
• Follow NCDOT traffic control plans and safety guidelines
• Set up and remove cones, signs, barricades, and other traffic control devices
• Monitor work zone safety and report hazards immediately
• Assist crew with basic labor tasks when needed
