Creative Management Technology, Inc. is hiring a dependable General Laborer for our roadway sign shop in Sanford, FL. You will help cut, prep, drill and assemble aluminum sign blanks, posts, and hardware, then apply reflective sheeting and lettering to meet quality standards.

This hands-on role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check and drug screen, and read tape measures. We offer on-the-job training, a stable work schedule, and benefits.

Formación

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Background check and a drug screen required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow simple layouts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, on time, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Follow directions and work safely around equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Help cut, prep, drill and assemble aluminum sign blanks, posts, and hardware.
• Clean and prep sign surfaces before sheeting is applied.
• Help apply reflective sheeting, film and lettering, and ensure quality.
• Load, unload, stage and stack finished signs, posts, and materials.
• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Keep the shop floor, workstations, and tools clean, organized, and safe.
• Drive signs, materials or equipment to job sites or other locations as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
