DRMP is seeking a Roadway Project Manager to lead high-impact FDOT roadway design projects for county and municipal clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with FDOT standards and project development processes in Florida.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) and a Florida PE license, with 10+ years of roadway design experience. A sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of transportation roadway design experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Project Manager for FDOT roadway design projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Lead the Project Team of engineers and designers for roadway plans development.
• Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, staff and managers to deliver quality work on schedule and within budget.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers to develop future project managers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth and opportunities.
• Support business development, including proposals and client presentations for FDOT projects.
