DRMP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to shape the future of our roadway practice across Florida. You will lead complex roadway projects, manage scope, schedule and budgets, mentor engineers, and strengthen client relationships with FDOT and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PE required).
• 15–20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience managing FDOT and/or municipal roadway projects.
• Familiarity with Florida transportation market and procurement processes.
• Experience supporting proposals and client development efforts.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll help drive strategic pursuits, support major clients including FDOT and municipalities, and position our practice for continued long-term growth.

Support Strategic Growth

• Partner with client managers to strengthen relationships and expand existing contracts

Lead Project Delivery

• Serve as Project Manager for complex roadway projects
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams

• Support a collaborative environment that builds on existing team strengths
• Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing

What you bring
