Parsons seeks a Roadway Project Manager in Florida to lead transportation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance and strong client relationships. You will manage scope, schedule, and multidisciplinary teams while coordinating with clients, subconsultants, and regulators to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of related experience, and a deep understanding of FDOT processes in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience and broad technical/business background.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of transportation projects from start to finish, overseeing scope, schedule and budget.
• Establish project scope, fee, and secure modifications per contract.
• Use project management tools to track tasks and timelines to meet milestones.
• Review design tasks, calculations, plans and submittals.
• Communicate high-level concepts with clients, subconsultants and agencies.
• Coordinate with disciplines to streamline design and minimize revisions.
• Address client needs, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide constructability reviews and peer reviews of submittals.
• Possibly serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects.
• Foster client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Participate in project meetings with clients, subconsultants and contractors.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with clients and subconsultants with finance and legal teams.
• Collaborate with project accountants on setup, expenses, invoicing and collections.
• Submit and review financial reports, percent complete and profitability.
• Utilize CRM to track opportunities and pursuits.
• Lead proposal management on lead pursuits and reviews.
• Support marketing with resume updates and project write-ups.
• Mentor team members and identify internal trainings and growth opportunities.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Ensure timely timesheets and expense reporting.
