Jacobs is seeking a Highway/Roadway Project Manager in our Oklahoma offices. You will plan, direct, and monitor complex transportation projects, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires strong client-facing skills and ability to present to stakeholders and agencies.

You’ll contribute to business development, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across our global firm. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in transportation design.
• Knowledge of transportation projects.
• Strong client-facing PM with ability to lead a team.
• Skilled in delivering technical presentations to stakeholders/regulatory bodies.
• Well-rounded technical design skills across contributing disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design projects from concept through construction.
• Direct multidisciplinary design teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Present to stakeholders and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and grow the project delivery capability.
