Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Road Project Manager - Construction in Indianapolis, IN to lead the design and delivery of state and locally funded roadway projects. You will manage civil and roadway design activities, scopes, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with engineers, CAD designers, and subconsultants.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years road/ roadway engineering experience.
• 2+ years civil engineering project management experience.
• Indiana PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with INDOT Federal Aid design process and roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Manage Federal Aid, INDOT, and local roadway projects from notice to proceed through post-letting services.
• Provide roadway design direction and manage civil engineering and project delivery activities.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate roadway design activities with engineers, CAD designers, internal departments, and subconsultants.
• Support LOIs for state and local transportation projects.
• Review civil and roadway design calculations.
• Review roadway drawings, construction plans, and design documents for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate project elements with INDOT and Federal Aid design requirements.
• Meet with clients regarding roadway and civil project requirements, scope, and design recommendations.
