Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Road Project Manager for a civil engineering firm in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on managing design and delivery of state and locally funded roadway projects across Indiana, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, and teams.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, 6+ years in road/ roadway engineering, 2+ years PM experience, and an Indiana PE license or plan to obtain within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of road/ roadway engineering experience.
• 2+ years of civil engineering project management experience.
• Indiana PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Roadway design experience and experience managing civil projects.
• Strong understanding of INDOT Federal Aid design process.

Responsibilities

• Manage Federal Aid, INDOT, and local roadway projects from notice to proceed through post-letting services.
• Provide roadway design direction and manage civil engineering and project delivery activities.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate roadway design with engineers, CAD designers, internal departments, and subconsultants.
• Support LOIs for state and local transportation projects.
• Review and approve civil and roadway design calculations.
• Review roadway drawings, construction plans, and design documents for multiple projects.
• Coordinate INDOT and Federal Aid design requirements.
