Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) is seeking a Civil Engineer – Roadway Project Manager to lead transportation projects in the St. Louis area and surrounding regions. The role focuses on municipal roadway and highway design with a strong emphasis on coordination with clients, officials, and the design team.

Ideal candidates have 5–15+ years of experience, a PE license, and proficiency with MicroStation/ORD. Travel up to 10% is expected; base salary ranges reflect market standards for CDI locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 5–15+ years of roadway/project experience.
• Experience leading transportation projects and coordinating teams.
• Experience with Illinois DOT projects is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead transportation projects, manage scope and budgets.
• Signing/sealing work as required.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and officials.
• Design and plan production for municipal roadways, interstates, intersections, interchanges.
• Ensure safety and QA/QC procedures.
