You will develop conceptual and detailed designs and calculations to support project completion, using current drawing and technical tools, programs, and software. As a team member, you will contribute to the successful delivery of diverse projects for HNTB’s clients. This position also serves as a lead role to direct, mentor, and train junior staff.

  • Oversee the completeness and accuracy of the project team’s work within your technical discipline, guiding and mentoring the team to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of projects with client counterparts and teaming partners at the staff level.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and retain staff, including planning for reporting, performance reviews, and succession. Coordinate schedules and approve timecards.
