Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Technical Assistant or equivalent.
• One year of experience in analysis of data used for planning and scheduling.
• An Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Program Monitoring: monitor roadside programs, meet contractors, ensure safety procedures.
• Inventory Oversight: track materials and storeroom supplies for correct storage and availability.
• Data and Reporting: collect crash data, document site conditions, enter records into systems.
• Contract Support: review contractor work, schedule services, verify completion, ensure safety compliance.
• SAP Coordination: run maintenance reports, assist with SAP transactions, support planning.
• Material Management: process invoices, research discrepancies, assist ordering and records.
