Responsibilities

• Walk alongside Asphalt Paver operations to identify areas needing attention.
• Use hand tools like asphalt lute and shovel to shape surfaces.
• Act as spotter for dump trucks and heavy equipment with clear communication.
• Operate small equipment such as broom tractor, skid steer, roller, chop saw, walk behind saw.
• Shovel, sweep, and move material with a wheelbarrow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
