Job summary

Preferred Materials, Inc., an CRH Company, is seeking an Asphalt Plant Laborer to support our asphalt operations in Florida. You will perform a wide range of general duties at an asphalt plant, including shoveling, moving materials, and maintaining a clean, orderly work area while adhering to all safety regulations.

Experience working with asphalt or construction equipment is preferred. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and teamwork. Shift differential may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel and be capable of passing required physical examination.
• Maintain reliable attendance, meeting company standards, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience with loader / backhoe preferred.
