• 2+ years experience operating paving/heavy equipment.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• Able to work long hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and forklifts as needed.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks; report issues.
• Load, unload and position equipment at job sites.
• Assist with paving crew to ensure even asphalt distribution and proper compaction.
• Follow grade markers and layout specs to achieve desired slope and thickness.
• Communicate with crew and foreman during paving operations.
