Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt or willingness to learn is welcome.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate or assist with asphalt pavers, rollers, and related equipment.
• Assist in installing smooth, durable asphalt surfaces for driveways, roads and parking lots.
• Set up job sites safely and efficiently.
• Assist in grading, drainage setup, and preparing foundations before paving.
• Help ensure paving meets quality standards and project specs.
• Work with a crew and foreman to complete projects on schedule.
