Qualifications

• 2+ years of asphalt crew experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Reliable transportation and travel availability.
• Must wear PPE and maintain presentable image.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in paving and construction of roads, highways, and parking lots.
• Follow Foreman directions and safety procedures.
• Shovel, rake, flag traffic, and help setup signs and barriers.
• Operate or assist with material handling and tool use.
• Work overtime, nights and weekends as required.
• Maintain PPE and report safety issues.
• Travel to job sites and operate company vehicle if qualified.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures.
