Warren Paving, Inc. is seeking an Asphalt Laborer to support road, highway and parking lot projects in Moss Point, Mississippi. You will assist with paving tasks, site preparation, tool handling, and teamwork on a crew under a foreman’s direction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years with asphalt crews, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to safety. This role may involve nights, weekends, and overtime as projects demand.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience with asphalt crews.
• Must have reliable transportation and can travel.
• Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist paving crew with shoveling, raking, and flagging.
• Dig, spread and level construction materials.
• Lift, carry and hold materials, tools, and supplies.
• Follow Foreman directions to meet daily schedules and project expectations.
• Adhere to PPE policies and maintain PPE in good condition.
• Work nights and weekends when required and assist with overtime as needed.
