Job summary

Bennett Paving & Construction is seeking reliable laborers to join their asphalt paving team in Utah. Candidates should be positive, hard-working, and willing to learn, with a valid driver’s license and transportation.

Experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime paid at time and a half. Pay ranges from $18–$26 per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay and benefit options available.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as directed by foreman.

Job description

Bennett Paving & Construction is seeking good working, honest people to earn high wages by joining their team in providing quality laborers for asphalt paving. Applicant must be positive, willing to learn new things, and work hard, have a current drivers license and means of transportation. Experience preferred but is not required. We will patiently train the right person. Must be willing to work long hours including overtime. Daily tasks include operating equipment, checking grade for drainage, and assisting foreman with placing and compacting asphalt material including shoveling and raking hot mix asphalt. Normal hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 to 5:00. Some Saturdays. We pay every week. Rate of pay will be based on experience ranging between $18-26 per hour plus time and half for overtime.
