Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience performing manual labor is preferred.
• Must have or obtain valid North Carolina CDL within 360 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment used in road maintenance and construction.
• Inspect work zones and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with snow and ice removal and other seasonal maintenance activities.
• Support flagging, sign installation and other duties as needed.
