Responsibilities

• Emergency Operations: Clear roadways of snow, ice, and debris, and provide traffic control.
• Equipment Operations: Operate and maintain highway equipment and vehicles for maintenance tasks.
• Job Safety: Follow safety rules, use PPE, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manual Labor: Perform physical tasks and use hand/power tools as needed.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform maintenance, repair, and pre-trip inspections.
• Traffic Control Devices: Install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices in work zones.
