Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have the Class A Commercial Driver’s License requirements with endorsements: Core knowledge, air brakes and combination vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of county vehicles from pickup trucks to tractor-trailer units.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks including handling materials over 40 lb.
• Maintain and repair roads and bridges as part of the county program.
• Flag, patch, trim, and perform grounds maintenance as required.
• Snow removal duties including operating plow and salt spreader trucks.
