Isanti County in Cambridge, MN seeks a Highway Maintenance Equipment Operator to perform heavy equipment operation and road maintenance tasks. The role requires regular on-site work, a Class A CDL (or B with upgrade), and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two years of road maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL (or Class B with a future upgrade).
• Negative pre-employment drug test and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks and haul materials for road maintenance.
• Plow snow and apply de-icing materials.
• Operate graders, backhoes, dozers and heavy equipment as needed.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and minor repairs.
• Assist in traffic control and sign installation.
• Record daily activities and fuel consumption.
