Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking an ITS & Facility Maintenance Technician to support toll gantry buildings, ITS infrastructure, and related roadway assets. You will perform inspections, repairs, and installation tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met across projects in Florida and the region.

The role requires basic math, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and strong communications. A valid driver's license and willingness to work varied hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-driven; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide minor inspection and repair of toll gantry buildings and related equipment (generator, HVAC, ATS).
• Power wash toll gantry buildings and maintain appearance of structures.
• Inspect/repair bridge structures and lighting; ensure proper function of signs, guardrails, and fences.
• Carry out monthly roadway lighting outage inspections and assist with TTC setup/removal for safety.
• Assist with installation of ITS equipment and related systems per client standards.
• Travel to job sites with crew; support overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
