Webber is hiring for a maintenance-focused role responsible for upkeep, servicing, and repair of roads and infrastructure assets. The candidate will maintain contracted assets and support safety and MOT traffic control in line with project requirements.

The position requires flexibility across shifts, safe work practices, strong communication, and the ability to work from elevated platforms and heavy equipment. CDL/DOT or related certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED (Required).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
• CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, Electrical and Welding Certifications (Highly Desirable).
• Ability to pass and obtain Advanced MOT Certification (Desirable).

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces including potholes, striping, and reflectors.
• Set up and remove MOT traffic control devices.
• Operate trucks and trailers to transport crew and equipment.
• Work from bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and elevated platforms.
• Support a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
• Respond within contractual timelines and follow company policies.
