Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, roadway, or construction maintenance management.
• Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and lifecycle asset management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roadway, facilities, and ROW maintenance including team leadership and snow operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects; manage contracts, bids, and vendor selection.
• Develop and manage OpEx/CapEx budgets with cost control.
• Oversee vendors and ensure compliance with agreements and standards.
• Lead emergency response, repairs, and post-incident reporting.
• Manage environmental, safety, ESG programs and compliance.
• Liaise with jurisdictions, developers, and utilities on ROW impacts.
