ATCS is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer or Roadway Engineering Subject Matter Expert to join our team in a hybrid role with three days per week onsite at our Herndon office. This position focuses on complex interstate and urban arterial design within the Virginia market, including P3 delivery projects.
The role encompasses project design, task management, client contact, and QA/QC, with coordination among contractors and government agencies.

ATCS is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our team as a Senior Roadway Engineer or Roadway Engineering Subject Matter Expert. This is a hybrid role with three days per week required onsite in our Herndon ATCS office.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your design experience to some of the largest, most complex projects in Virginia.
This individual will perform a variety of engineering tasks relative to VDOT and various roadway design projects, with a focus on complex, interstate and urban arterial design within the alternative project delivery program. The diversity of responsibilities requires a flexible mindset and cooperative team-oriented attitude with progressively increasing design and management capabilities.

Basis Qualifications:
Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $240,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 5% of the employee's annualized salary.
