Job summary

Northwest Parkway in Colorado is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to oversee roadway, facilities, and ROW lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the concession agreement and safety standards. You will lead engineering and maintenance teams, manage OpEx and CapEx budgets, coordinate with contractors and regulators, and drive performance, reliability, and ESG initiatives.

This role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background with 5+ years in infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or infrastructure management.
  • Transportation or roadway experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee roadway, facilities, and ROW maintenance, including team leadership, program execution, and snow operations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects; manage contracts, bids, and vendor selection. Coordinate with Toll Operations and IT on infrastructure impacts.
  • Develop and manage OpEx/CapEx budgets with strong cost control.
  • Oversee vendors and ensure compliance with agreements, MMP, and operating standards. Coordinate with engineers, regulators, and law enforcement.
  • Lead emergency response, communications, repairs, and post-incident reporting.
  • Manage environmental planning, ESG reporting, and safety programs.
