Responsibilities

• Oversee roadway, facilities, and ROW maintenance, including team leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and manage vendor selection.
• Develop and manage OpEx/CapEx budgets with strong cost control.
• Ensure compliance with agreements, MMP, and operating standards.
• Lead emergency response, communications, repairs, and reporting.
• Manage environmental planning and safety programs.
• Liaise with jurisdictions, developers, and utilities.
