Job summary

HDR is seeking a Roadway Engineer/Project Manager to support planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. The role requires coordinating with project teams, clients, and agencies to ensure quality, schedule and budget goals.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in transportation design, Montana PE or reciprocity, and hands-on experience with Civil 3D/OpenRoads Designer, Bentley tools, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• License required or ability to obtain Montana PE via reciprocity.
• 7+ years in transportation design and project development.
• Experience leading roadway design projects from concept to construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage or lead technical aspects of roadway projects.
• Coordinate with staff, clients and agencies to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare detailed roadway designs and support through construction.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and mentor CAD staff.
