Job summary
RETTEW's Roadway Engineer II role supports our Transportation team in delivering PennDOT and related projects. Early-career engineers gain increasing ownership of design tasks, while working with seasoned professionals to develop judgment and technical skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- EIT certification required.
- Experience in roadway or transportation design.
- Experience with PennDOT projects.
- Proficiency in CAD/transportation-design software.
Responsibilities
- Perform roadway design, calculations, analysis, and plan development.
- Develop roadway plans and alignments based on project assignments.
- Prepare calculations, reports, quantities, and specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Support field investigations and construction-phase activities.
