Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Indiana resident preferred; hybrid/in-office schedule.
• 5–8 years of roadway/bridge design experience on DOT projects.
• INDOT experience is a plus; MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design roadways and drainage for INDOT or DOT clients with analyses and PS&E development.
• Collaborate with a team of roadway engineers on project design and contract documents.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and scope.
