Roadway EIT – Gulf Region

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data for inclusion in project plans and reports
• Assist and prepare project plans using OpenRoads Designer
• Contribute to the preparation and/or modification of engineering reports and calculations for a wide variety of projects
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of project construction quantities and cost estimates
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of project specifications
• Review project quantity estimates, details, and check calculations and drawings for compliance with project requirements
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of project schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering
• EIT (E.I) certification desired but not required
• 2-4 years of experience
• Experience with OpenRoads Designer preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Valid driver’s license
• Clear motor vehicle record
