Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in roadway design and related technical tasks.
• Experience in people management or supervision.
• PE Certification is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and standard industry software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior staff while managing multiple roadway design tasks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to meet schedules and budgets.
• Opportunity to grow into broader Project Manager responsibilities.
• Prepare accurate presentation, design, details, and construction documents.
• Prepare permit applications and submittal packages for relevant agencies.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utilities, and contractors.
