This role will involve managing projects, developing new business, and mentoring junior engineers. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and experience in roadway design are required. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing roadway and transportation design projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana or ability to obtain.

• Develop and expand the Indianapolis transportation engineering market.
• Prepare design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
