Arcadis is seeking an entry-level Transportation Roadway Intern to join our teams in Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville, TN. You will be mentored by experts in roadway transportation design and gain hands-on experience with Open Roads and MicroStation within our Mobility group.

Responsibilities include conceptual design, construction plans, and traffic data collection while supporting engineering reports and studies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual designs and construction plans using OpenRoads and related design software.
• Develop geometric design of highways and streets, drainage design, and related tasks.
• Assist with transportation planning reports, roadway safety studies, and traffic engineering projects.
