Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design, engineering and consultancy, is seeking an entry-level Transportation Roadway Intern for our teams in Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville, TN. You will be mentored by technical experts in roadway transportation design and gain hands-on experience across the Mobility portfolio.

You will help prepare conceptual designs, construction plans, and traffic data collection, using OpenRoads, MicroStation and related software, while supporting

Qualifications

• Currently seeking Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another closely related field.
• EIT Certification preferred.
• Experience using OpenRoads is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare conceptual designs and construction plans using OpenRoads and related design software.
• Create engineering designs involving geometric design of highways and streets, drainage design, and construction engineering tasks.
• Assist with transportation planning reports, roadway safety studies, and traffic engineering projects.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
