Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a Civil Engineer in Training to join our design team at the Salina office. The role focuses on roadway design, modeling with Microstation OpenRoads Designer and AutoCAD Civil 3D, and coordination with project teams to meet deadlines on projects across Missouri and other regions.

Qualified candidates hold an ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, can obtain EIT, and have 0–3 years of highway design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification or ability to obtain.
• 0–3 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of roadway design plans and contract documents.
• Coordinate roadway design with Project Managers, Peer Engineers and CADD Team Members.
• Interact with team; develop business relationships and attend industry conferences as needed.
