Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Transportation Engineer III to join our Transportation team in Orlando, FL. This role focuses on state roadway design and production, supporting a mix of design-build and design-bid-build projects.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, can independently perform design tasks using client standards and tools, particularly MicroStation and ORD, and can coordinate with drainage, traffic, and structures teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• 4–6+ years of transportation/roadway design experience.
• FDOT project experience and standards (Districts 1, 3, 4, or 5 preferred).
• Proficient in MicroStation and ORD.
• Ability to independently perform roadway design and plan production.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadway design plans in accordance with client standards and quantities.
• Use MicroStation and ORD for 3D modeling and plan production.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure work products meet client criteria, scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with drainage, traffic, and structures teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
