Job summary

American Structurepoint in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Road Co-op to join a close-knit team working on roadway projects for INDOT and local agencies. You’ll assist with quantity takeoffs, plan sets in ORD, and construction cost estimates while gaining hands-on experience on interstates, interchanges, and urban streets.

In this role you’ll work primarily in the office with occasional site visits, supported by mentorship and exposure to real projects.

Qualifications

• Student must be pursuing a civil/transportation related degree and show eagerness to learn.
• Demonstrates reliability and willingness to travel to the office.
• Willingness to collaborate and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roadway design calculations and layouts.
• Support quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Create construction plan sets using ORD and related tools.
• Contribute to project documentation and project coordination.
