Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to collect, maintain, and record field data; communicate effectively with internal staff, contractors, and external partners.
• Knowledge of basic construction materials, safety practices, and basic geometry/algebra used in routine calculations.

Responsibilities

• Performs sampling and field testing of materials used during construction projects.
• Inspects contractor’s work to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Maintains required documentation of project progress, including measurements and diaries.
• Submits accurate test records and samples to the residency lab.
• Trains new employees.
• Operates agency vehicles and safety procedures.
